High energy diode pumped all solid state Q-switched laser at 266nm has the features of high single pulse energy, short pulse duration, and high peak power, which is widely used in LIBS, LIF, PIV, ICP-MS,LCD repair, scientific research, laser processing, military, and so on. Its central wavelength is 1064±1nm and the Single pulse energy is between 1 and 10 mj. Moreover, the pulse duration is less than 10 ns and the Rep. rate is between 1 and 10Hz adjustable. Besides, it is air cooled method and the warm-up time is less than 15 minutes.The beam height from base plate is 34 mm. The warranty period is within 1 year.
